Birthdays
To plan a birthday party at Bloc Yard we need…
Time Slots are as follows for Saturday and Sunday *:
- 10am – 12pm
- 1pm – 3pm
*Special exceptions for time will be made on a case by case basis. Please call us or come in and talk to us if you think this is you.
$250 Staff Supervised Party – up to 10 climbers (Balance due on date of party)
$15 Per Additional Child (after 10 Children, including Birthday boy/girl, price includes shoe rental)
15 Participant Limit on number of children attending a party
1.5 hours staff supervised climbing time, 30 minutes in party room (can spend longer in party room during 2 hour party time slot if desired)
For staff scheduling purposes, parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
NOTE: Shoe rentals ARE included in the party price. You and your guests aren’t required to wear climbing shoes, but they do help a lot when climbing.
After Hours Events (Sundays Only)
After hours private events at Bloc Yard are now available on Sundays from 6pm-8pm.
- $20 per person
- 20 person minimum for an event
- Rental shoes included
- Use of Party Room Included
For staff scheduling purposes, events must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
No alcoholic beverages allowed
